Includes testing of one computer system to see where the cause of the problem is coming from. If an extended diagnostic is needed, the computer will have to be brought back to our shop for testing. If a tuneup or full format and re-install of windows is needed, this diagnostic fee goes towards the cost of that service.
Meet client at retail store of their choosing, help them decide on what features they want/need, help them make educated decisions on which computer(s)/Printer(s) are best for them, assist them in discussions with sales people, etc . (2 hours maximum time in store)
Includes removing computer and all accessories from factory packaging, setting up in requested area, turning on computer and perform setup, optimize windows, test functionality, and install one printer. Also includes up to 1 hour of training.
Includes removal of all viruses, spyware, malware (grayware). Full optimization of operating system (windows), all necessary windows service packs and updates/patches, physical cleaning of inside of computer.
Includes formatting of hard drive, clean install of Windows operating system {supplied by customer}, installation of all hardware drivers, full optimization of operating system, all necessary windows service packs and updates/patches, printer setup.
Includes backing up of personal data on machine (email, pictures, music, word/excel/powerpoint files, etc) and burning to CD or DVD (20GB maximum for CD/DVD backup). IF THE BACKUP EXCEEDS 20GB THE CUSTOMER WILL NEED TO PURCHASE AN EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE.
Includes up to 2 computers (wired or wireless), securing connection with encrypted password, setup of file sharing and printer sharing, testing of signal strength throughout the home ($20.00/each additional computer)
